The Ticket Committee is having a meeting on Skype Tuesday 10/16 at 8PM. I'll lead the meeting with my account ( forest.handford ). Why are we having a meeting now? Because if we need to do any infrastructure work for next year we'd like to start now so it isn't a crazy scramble like last year. What are we going to talk about? We'll have a bit of a postmortem of what went right, and what went wrong in 2012. We'll crowd source everybody at the meeting to find ways to improve the system for 2013. Have things you want to see improved with ticketing? Please join us at the meeting. People who attend will have the chance to join the ticket committee (but joining is not required).
