Verify Your Vaccination with SMART Health Cards

We’re happy to introduce a way of verifying your vaccination status before getting to Gate! You can do this by visiting the Ticketing and Volunteering Portal and uploading your SMART Health Card in the new “COVID-19 Safety Requirements” section. The process should take under 5 minutes and will save time verifying your status at Gate. Find the link directly on your Ticketing dashboard:

If you don’t upload your SMART Health Card: Please bring physical proof of vaccination to Gate, either your original card or a photocopy. Using a copy on your phone will complicate & slow down Gate operations, as well as forcing you to unlock your phone and hand it over to the Security team while you sit in your car.

Unvaccinated participants: You must bring a physical copy of a negative COVID PCR test taken less than 72 hours prior to your arrival, as well as enough rapid tests for daily testing. This requirement is unchanged. Again, if you only have a copy on your phone, you will need to unlock your phone and hand it over to the Security team while you sit in your car.

Art Transportation Requests

Are you bringing art which you will need help getting up the hill? DPW is happy to assist with Polarises and trailers. Fill out this Art Transport Request Form to let us know approximately when you would need the pickup, where from (Art Truck, Lower Parking, or Upper Parking) and provide some info about what you need transported.

Stay for Late Crew! (while spoons last)

Do you wish you could stay in the woods for just one more day before you have to rejoin the “real world”? You totally can! Each year DPW and LNT make sure the land is as near to “as we found it” as we can get - and we need all the help we can get from YOU to make it so. Please consider volunteering for a Late Crew shift and help us out. Many hands indeed do make light work! Follow the links to sign up for DPW and LNT.

Accessibility Transportation Requests

If you have trouble getting around and are worrying about how to get your things up the hill, Accessibility would like to help you out. Fill out this Accessibility Transportation Request Form to let us know approximately when you would need the pickup and where from (Lower Parking/Greeters, or Upper Parking).

Please Note:
Accessibility Transport is intended only for individuals who request a ride and their personal camping gear. The core will not be assisting with transport of theme camp infrastructure or art.
Accessibility will operate during daylight hours only - there is no driving in the woods after dark, so plan your arrival accordingly.

They continue not to disintegrate in sewer systems. They screw up the works in the portapotties, too. Pack them out with you & trash them elsewhere. NOTE: Stage Dimensions 16′ across the front edge, 12′ across the back edge, 12′ deep.

Stage open hours:
Wed 1pm–11pm
Thur–Fri 10am–11pm
Sat–Sun* 10am–8pm (burn nights)
* late night slots on Fri/Sat after the burns available by request

One Hour time slots are allocated by signup here on a First come/first served basis. More than one slot can be used (together or on multiple days). We will contact you if there are any scheduling issues.

Firefly Open Stage is improved every year to make performances easier than before. Spread the word on what we’ve got!
* Prominent location, visible from the big path.
* Stage and audience are protected from weather.
* Equipment includes a full sound system, assorted mics, lighting and power access for your equipment. More details on the Schedule page.
* Stage is not staffed, but support will be available if needed onsite.
