Fireflies!
The bus is currently 40% full and will only happen if there is enough interest. In order to ensure that the bus costs will be covered the bus needs to be 75% full by this Sunday June 8. If you're planning on taking the bus and are currently on the waitlist, please let us know if you haven't already. If there is not enough interest in the bus it will be cancelled so that everyone has enough time to coordinate rides.
So take the bus and enjoy the ride to Firefly as you relax in your seat, enjoy some beats, and get driven to the event in the woods! Want to spin some beats or help entertain your fellow passengers? Let us know. We are looking for volunteers (perks include discounted/free travel).
A few quick facts about the bus:
Pick-up and Drop-off Location: The bus pick-up will occur in Somerville, MA at a location close to the Sullivan T- stop. There is space available at the drop off location to leave cars parked there for the week.
Pick-up and Drop-off Times: The bus will depart Somerville Tuesday at 10 am. The bus will depart Firefly Sunday at 3 pm.
Can I get food or water along the way? The bus will be stopping at a grocery store on the way to Firefly.
How do I get ALL of my gear to Firefly? There is space under the bus for passengers to bring the equivalent of two pieces of luggage. Bus passengers will also have to option of purchasing space in a 10 foot moving truck at approximately $2.50 per cf. The truck will leave from the same location as the bus.
