Friendly Fireflies,

The ticket committee has had some meetings since last year’s event and made minor tweaks to the process we used last year.  One issue we had a few times last year was struggles to understand the no ticket transfer policy and the group registration.  We allowed no ticket transfers as they were unfair to people on the waitlist.  If you have somebody that you MIGHT want to attend with you, sign them up.  If your group gets tickets and the person decides not to attend they can be returned to the wait list.  We are also hoping to save ourselves time by automating some of the steps.  

The first step in the ticketing process will be to create a list of all of the Fireflies who want tickets.  For tightly-knit family units or theme camps, there will be an opportunity to provide information as a group to help you get tickets together. If you have a group of people that must all go together, start talking with them now.  Registration will open March 1st and close March 22nd.

Firefly will take place starting at noon Wednesday July 3rd and end at noon Sunday July 7th.

  - *To be eligible to purchase a ticket for this year's July 4th event, you will need to fill out a form indicating your interest*
  - You will have a from March 1st - March 22nd to enter your data
  - You can indicate interest as an individual or as a group
  - If you must get tickets as a group, re-awaken them from their  off-season slumber because some coordination will be required
