In the next few days Firefly Arts Collective will
announce the 2012 ticketing process and how to participate in it. The
ticket committee and the board have worked very hard to create a process
that will address issues from previous years, allow us to gauge overall
interest in the event, and respond to the feedback you've provided
about the current ticketing environment.
To that end, the first step in the ticketing process
will be to create a list of all of the Fireflies who want tickets. For
tightly-knit family units or theme camps, there will be an opportunity
to provide information as a group to help you get tickets together. If
you have a group of people that must all go together, start talking with
them now. This process will happen in mid-March and Fireflies will
have about ten days to enter their information - this eliminates the
fifteen minute window for ticket buying.
The take-home message:
- To be eligible to purchase a ticket for this year's July 4th event, you will need to fill out a form indicating your interest
- You will have a ten day window in early/mid-March to enter your data
- You can indicate interest as an individual or as a group

If you must get tickets as a group, re-awaken them from their off-season slumber because some coordination will be required
