Ice Hole is happening!
Do you want to get ice from a local ice vendor to refill your cooler during firefly? Here's how it works:
Donate money, in any amount, toward the ice fund. I'll call the ice vendor and make an order, and then I'll take the money we raise and buy as much ice as we can get and have it delivered to Firefly on each day of the festival.
During Firefly, when the ice vendor shows up, if you're around, you can help unload and stack the ice, and then carry some bags of ice up the hill and spread the word about the ice delivery so we can get it all into coolers before it melts.
The Ice Hole is a collaborative project that everyone can participate in: by donating money, distributing ice to neighbors, bringing coolers to store it in, making and sharing fresh food and frosty beverages, and making sure there's plenty of ice all over the mountain for when people need it. So when you see the Ice Hole fill up, grab a bag or two, spread the word, pass it around, make sure it gets used, and we'll get more the next day.
