Hello Fireflies, Work weekends are in full swing, and it's time to really start planning! If you are bringing art or building a theme camp, or if you have a disability that requires accommodation, you may request permission for early arrival. Please note that *requests are not handled or approved automatically*: each request is reviewed by Early Arrival Core. Applications will be accepted until *Tuesday, June 23 at 11:59pm*. More information can be found in the application (so please read it!), but some key points to know: - Early Arrival begins *Monday June 29 at noon*, and ends Tuesday June 30 at noon when Firefly officially begins. - Only *4WD/AWD* vehicles will be allowed in the woods, and only during daylight hours. - Re-entry *is allowed* during Early Arrival. However once the gate is open, you can no longer leave and return. - *Bring your photo ID* and check in at the gate when you arrive. - You *must* fill out this form!
