This is your chance to get your submission reviewed first and possibly funded much earlier than usual. With a small number of submissions so far, your proposal will get a lot more attention. When the second round happens and we have 40 applications to wade through, it will be much harder to stand out. Even if you don’t get accepted now, you can easily reapply for the Second Round.
